33mb Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute legal agreement between the 33mb platform and its members. They apply to all 33mb services — including the website, mobile app, gaming, and betting services.

33mb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2Account Register

To join 33mb, you must complete registration with accurate and complete information. Each individual may only open one account.

Information required at registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (to confirm you are 18 years of age or older)
• Residential address

If an account is registered with false information, 33mb reserves the right to cancel the account at any time and forfeit all balances held in it. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

Keep your password confidential. 33mb is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without permission, contact support immediately.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

33mb reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Residents of restricted countries or regions may not participate on 33mb. If online gaming or betting is prohibited under the laws of your country, you are not eligible to become a member.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

33mb supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary depending on the method used.

Deposit Rules:

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically completed within a few minutes. Some methods may take slightly longer.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• If unusual activity is suspected, 33mb may place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, 33mb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and may immediately close the associated account.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on 33mb are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Wagering / Rollover Requirements:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30x, 40x).
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count 100%, while table games contribute less.

General bonus rules:

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period.
• If bonus abuse is identified, 33mb reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 33mb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in the Sports Betting section on 33mb.

• Review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed (except where a cash-out option is available).
• 33mb reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using any unlawful advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, 33mb reserves the right to decline bets or investigate the account.
• Bets placed during odds transitions in live betting may be voided for technical reasons.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33mb and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses in violation of the rules
• Fraud, hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Using money laundering or illegal funds
• Using bots, automated software, or any other dishonest methods
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw on the platform

8Account Closure & Suspension

33mb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violations of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be deactivated once any valid balance has been withdrawn.

9Privacy & Data Protection

33mb is fully committed to protecting members' personal data. Detailed rules on how we collect, use, and store information are set out in our separate Privacy Policy is available.

33mb never sells members' personal data to third parties. However, we may be required to disclose information for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

10Limitation of Liability

33mb strives to maintain uninterupted service wherever possible. However, 33mb is not liable in the following cases:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Losses resulting from issues with a third-party game provider's systems
• Force Majeure — service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, or similar unforeseen events
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or error

In any dispute, 33mb's maximum liability shall not exceed the valid balance held in the relevant member's account.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact the33mb support team first. Most issues can be resolved directly through discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, 33mb offers the option of mediation. In this process, a neutral mediator will be appointed with the consent of both parties.

During the review process, a member's account may be temporarily restricted. Until a final decision is reached, neither party should attempt to unilaterally enforce any claims.

12Changes to Terms & Notice

33mb may update these Terms and Conditions in part or in full at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be displayed prominently on the website.
• For significant changes, you may be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
